Ticket Terms and Conditions:

 

Ticket Purchase:

1.1. By purchasing a ticket for the event, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

1.2. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

1.3 This event is strictly for 18+ years of age. If you are under 18 and attend DanceTalk, you may be asked to leave and your ticket may not be available for a refund.

 

Ticket Validity:

2.1. Each ticket is valid for admission to the event for which it is issued.

2.2. Tickets are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be resold or transferred for commercial gain without the express written consent of the event organizer.

 

Name Changes:

3.1. Name changes for tickets are permitted.

3.2. If you are unable to attend the event and wish to transfer your ticket to someone else, you may do so by submitting a name change request to the event organizer.

3.3. The name change request must be submitted within 7 days of the event.

3.4. The person to whom the ticket is transferred must comply with these terms and conditions.

3.5. The event organizer reserves the right to reject any name change requests that do not comply with the specified procedures or are in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

 

Event Changes and Cancellations:

4.1. The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the date, time, venue, lineup, or any other aspect of the event.

4.2. In the event of a cancellation, the event organizer may, at their sole discretion, issue a refund or offer an alternative arrangement.

4.3. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date, and these terms and conditions will continue to apply.

 

Code of Conduct:

5.1. By attending the dance event, you agree to abide by the event organizer's code of conduct, which may include rules and regulations regarding behavior, dress code, and prohibited items.

5.2. Failure to comply with the code of conduct may result in refusal of admission or removal from the event without refund.

 

Liability:

6.1. The event organizer, venue, and their respective affiliates, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or theft incurred at the event.

6.2. Attendees assume all risks and responsibilities associated with attending the dance event.

 

Photography and Recording:

8.1. Photography, videography, and audio recording of the event are allowed only for personal, non-commercial use, unless otherwise authorized by the event organizer.

8.2. The event organizer may prohibit the use of professional cameras, recording equipment, or any other devices at their discretion.

 

Severability:

9.1. If any provision of these terms and conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
